Before joining Gatewood Tax & Accounting, Monica served as Manager of Client Accounting Services at GS Advisors + CPAs, where she successfully expanded and strengthened the firm’s outsourced accounting division.
Her professional background spans the full client accounting lifecycle, with particular strengths in financial reporting, payroll administration, regulatory compliance, and advisory services. She is recognized for guiding business owners through operational improvements, leading process trainings, and providing insight to support long-term growth.

Monica is proficient in QuickBooks, Bill.com, Dext, ADP Run, and the Thomson Reuters suite. She is CPA-eligible and plans to sit for the exam in the near future.
