Michael recently graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri, earning Dean's List recognition in every undergraduate semester. He is continuing his education at Mizzou through the Accelerated Crosby MBA Program and is expected to graduate in May 2027. 

During his time on campus, Michael served as Recruitment Chairman for Phi Delta Theta, leading recruitment efforts for an organization of more than 200 members. He recruited and initiated 64 new members, including the largest class in chapter history, while serving on the 13-person Executive Board and contributing to the chapter's long-term growth and operations. He also served as a Head Homecoming Liaison for the 114th Mizzou Homecoming, helping coordinate events and represent a pairing of more than 500 members that placed 3rd in the Traditions Level competition. 

Before joining Gatewood, Michael spent three summers at The Meador Law Firm, where he managed the rent and possession docket and helped ensure attorneys were prepared, organized, and ready for court. He joins Gatewood Wealth Solutions as a Financial Planning Intern, where he is gaining hands-on experience in wealth management, financial planning, and client service.
