Julia brings nearly a decade of experience in operations, event planning, human resources, and client relations. Across roles at Diode Dynamics, Shyft Capital, and Sketch Development Services, she has built hiring and onboarding programs, planned company-wide events and conferences, and managed the day-to-day operations that keep growing businesses running smoothly. She also earned her life insurance license during her time at Shyft Capital, giving her early exposure to financial services. 

At Gatewood, Julia serves as Executive Assistant to the Partners, working as a close extension of the leadership team. She owns their calendars, coordinates client and partner engagements, captures decisions and action items from strategy sessions and retreats, and maintains the CRM records that drive business development. By protecting the Partners' time and following through on their commitments, Julia helps Gatewood's leadership stay focused on the work that moves the firm forward. 

Julia lives in St. Charles, Missouri with her three boys, Isaak, Henry, and Seth, and treasures every chance she gets to make memories with them. Outside of work, she stays active at the gym and spends as much time outdoors as possible, biking with her boys, walking, gardening, and kayaking. She also acts and models through a local talent agency. Above all, Julia describes herself as a lover of life and the people who share it with her.
