Joey began his career at Gatewood as a Wealth Coordinator, where he developed a strong foundation in managing the administrative and operational details of client accounts. Through dedication and a commitment to excellence, he advanced into his current role as a Wealth Planner and has become a key member of Gatewood’s client care team.

Today, Joey serves as a first point of contact for many of the families Gatewood works with. He helps guide clients as they bring greater purpose and alignment to their wealth, offering strategic insight, holistic recommendations tied to their goals, and a high level of care focused on long-term planning and legacy considerations.

During his time at the University of Missouri, Joey was actively involved in Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, serving on the executive board and as President in 2022, where he demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and managerial skills. His academic excellence earned him the prestigious Student CFA Scholarship, and he continues to pursue ongoing professional growth, holding his Life & Health Insurance Producer license, Series 66, and Series 7.
